Session Information
Custom Photography is not for everyone. You have a choice when it comes to choosing a photographer. Custom Photography is a luxury. I just want to say that I take pride in my work. I produce high quality images; I produce art. Custom Photography is different from store studio photography in many ways. At times, I spend up to 30 minutes on one image turning it from a picture to art…timeless memories!
Session Information:
The session fee covers the time, travel and creative talent of the photographer as well as post session editing. All session fees are non-refundable and payable via cash, check or Paypal within 7 days of booking. Your session date is not held until I receive your session fee. Sessions last up to 1 hour. Once selected images (usually 15-30) are fully edited, they are added to a private only gallery where you can view the images. Your order should be emailed to me with size and file numbers. For digital purchases, file number is needed only. It takes approximately 3-4 weeks from your session or approximately 1 week from the time I receive your image selections to receive your package. A ‘sneak peek’ will be available online within 1 week.
Location:
I am a natural light photographer. I use area parks and urban backdrops in the Richmond and surrounding areas. If you are unsure of a location, I will be glad to make suggestions. Please note that any additional fees associated with the location are your responsibility. Indoor sessions are only offered for newborn and baby sessions.
Release & Copyright:
A print release will be provided in your package giving you permission to print additional images from your CD at your leisure. I ask that you sign a model release to allow me to use the images in my portfolio and online for viewing. No identifying information will be used. I maintain the copyright to all images, therefore, it is illegal to change or modify the images in any way.
Cancellation:
If you have to cancel your session for any reason, please let me know as soon as possible PRIOR to your scheduled session and I will transfer your session fee to your new appointment date. Your session fee is non-refundable.
