Entering the 2's!

I've said it once, and I can't help but to say it again, he is the sweetest little boy I know. He had his 2nd birthday a few weeks ago. Hard to believe...which is always the case when I think about my kids. I normally like to take their birthday pictures 1-2 weeks before their actual birthday, but my little guy got hit with a nasty cold and ear infection. I had a elaborate stylized setup in mind for his birthday pictures but tabled that idea and took him to a random lot and just let him be him....

This last year has been filled with fun discoveries for him... He was a bit of a late bloomer and learned how to walk, his vocabulary is filled with words including a phrase that Mommy doesn't like, "shake your doodie", and he discovered a love for Elmo. When I say love, I mean LOVE... he and Elmo never part.

So here we are a few weeks in the 2's and we are armed and ready to tackle potty training, entering daycare and whatever other fun discoveries he finds.
