Vacation and Curve Balls

For the past three years my family has traveled to Isle of Palms, South Carolina.  It has become our home away from home.  The drive is just right, the beach is like heaven on earth, it's right outside of downtown Charleston and the food is to die for!!  Oh, I want a slice of Coca-Cola cake from Jestine's Kitchen right now.  My husband and I have declared Isle of Palms OUR vacation spot and we've set a goal to own a vacation home in the area one day.

Life had a change of plans for us this year and that is okay. Those curve balls are needed from time to time.  I am suppose to be at MY vacation spot right now, but I am blogging from home today; the start of my stay-cation.  I will be using this time to reflect on all those curve balls thrown our way this past year, sharing new adventures and catching up on my blog...I am only 15 sessions behind....

....but before I share the sessions from this year, I want to share some beauty from MY vacation spot...
